About the Event
Join visual artists Gabi Marcellus-Temple and Louise Rabey online for a workshop for women designing and making signs and placards for the International Women's Day/Strike in Plymouth.
Using paint and leftover pieces of cardboard, learn how to create impactful imagery and messages and design and make your own unique placards expressing your thoughts and feelings. Paints and cardboard will be provided, although if you have your own piece of cardboard (A4 or larger) that would be handy.
All women welcome!
Entry is free but donations for our guest workshop leaders are welcome: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/GabiMT https://buymeacoffee/LouiseRabey
Leadworks also sell a delicious range of beverages and are supporting us by providing the venue, so please also feel free to buy us or yourselves one in person.
Please message Gabi at gabi.pcqarts@gmail.com to reserve your place.
Hope to see you then!
Organised by the Plymouth Women's Network/Assembly volunteers.
This is the continuation of the online workshop on 5th February.
